As Co-Managing Principal in the Dallas studio of SWA, Zane brings a wealth of experience spanning many market sectors including parks, trails, corporate workplace environments, urban mixed-use and hospitality settings, entertainment venues, luxury multifamily development, repositioning and conversion projects, and the creation of vibrant public spaces that bring communities together.

Known for his design and management skills, Zane has a keen ability to see the bigger picture and view each project holistically, excelling in leading challenging projects with vast stakeholder groups. He values collaboration, fosters strong client relationships, and builds robust partnerships around the country.

His strong studio leadership and project management skills ensure that every project exceeds client expectations and achieves the overarching vision. Zane is passionate about pursuing new opportunities and growth within the Dallas studio while striving for excellence and innovation at SWA.
