With a background in accounting and finance roles in mortgage banking, communication technologies, and AEC, Riley brings a cross-functional perspective to her combined role of CFO and COO at SWA. A Washington native, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and a finance-focused MBA at Gonzaga University. Riley views the relationship between designers, operations staff, and finance teams as symbiotic. Her approach involves creative collaborations to ensure the design teams have the structure they need while considering the business side of the firm’s goals.
