Arthinant (Art) Mahasuwan joined SWA Group in September 2015, bringing more than eight years of billing and account reconciliation experience within the healthcare industry. Over the past six years, Art has continued to demonstrate his commitment to providing accurate data reporting and payment reconciliation while cultivating a collaborative working relationship. In mid-July of 2020, Art stepped in to a leadership role within SWA’s Accounting Department. While he continues to play an integral role in managing firmwide account receivables, he is now fully engaged in overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, collaborating with individual team members to improve work processes, and streamlining data management to ensure our clients and design team receive timely and accurate reporting and support.

Art continues to provide ad hoc support to the CFO and Controller and is excited to tackle new challenges in his new role. Originally born and raised in Thailand, Art immigrated to the US in 1996 to pursue his bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration at Saint Mary’s College, and subsequently an MBA in Finance at San Francisco State University. During the weekends, Art and his wife, Pom, enjoy discovering new walking/hiking trails in the Bay Area and finding delicious local ethnic eateries along the way.
